Accidental footer as a header

Hi, in my website design, I've accidentally added a footer as I header? Its a sitemap with links and socials. I've tried deleting from edit my design but I can't even find it to delete? Its like its a ghost in my template somewhere? I do have an actual header that should be there which sticks to top when scrolling but the footer sits above this when just viewing the page. As soon as you scroll its not visible.
