Save Custom Filters - to generate canned custom reports

You know how with Tasks, you can create Canned Tasks? A similar feature for Custom Filters under Products, Contacts, Sales etc allows us to generate custom reports and to keep coming back to the custom report from time to time.
The possibilities are endless.
Here's some examples, without giving too much of the site away:
- All Contacts who filled out Form: "Free trial" and balance is Zero.
- All Contacts who filled out Form: "Free trial" and has not played.
I am sure there are 100s of other example, it would just be awesome to be able to save a custom filter template, so that we can look at the results a month later.
